Janis' Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. half and half
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Gradually add sugar.
    Only heat the cup of half and half enough to melt the margarine.
    Add this to the other ingredients.
    Place in pie crust which has been cooked for 10 or 15 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in preheated oven for about 1 hour. Take out when center still shakes a little.
