Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef tenderloin or sirloin steak
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 cans condensed beef broth
    1/3 c. instant minced onion
    1/3 c. flour
    10 to 16 oz. uncooked noodles
    fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cut meat across the grain into thin strips.
    Melt 1/4 cup of butter in large skillet.
    Stir in and cook mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes.
    Remove the mushrooms.
