Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c. water (more if needed)
Preparation

Combine meat, rice, onion, salt and pepper.
Form into balls. Mix soup and water in pan.
Drop meat balls in pan.
Cover and cook until rice is done, approximately 30 minutes.
