Yeast Spoon Rolls(Makes 2 Dozen) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg dry yeast
2 c hot water
1/2 c sugar
3/4 c shortening, melted
1 egg
4 c self rising flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl dissolve yeast in 1 cup of hot water. Mix together the remaining 1 cup water, shortening, sugar, and egg. Add flour 1 cup at a time, mixing after each addition. Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes.
