Chicken Biscuit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. chicken
    1 small can peas
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. diced, cooked carrots
    1 c. diced, cooked celery
    3 c. chicken stock
    10 unbaked biscuits
Preparation
    Cook chicken and remove skin and bones.
    Save stock and dice chicken.
    Combine chicken, peas, carrots and celery.
    Add flour to stock to thicken.
    Pour over chicken mixture.
    Place in casserole. Top with biscuit dough and cook at 450\u00b0 until biscuits are brown. Makes 10 servings.
