Special Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
8 oz. can creamed corn
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix together first four ingredients.
Add cornmeal and baking powder.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned in an 8 or 9-inch skillet.
