Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Preparation

Pour milk over coconut and let stand while mixing other ingredients.
Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs and beat well. Add milk, coconut mixture and vanilla.
Pour in 9-inch pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 until center is set.
