Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. carrots
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Fold in 3 cups of grated carrots.
    Divide batter into 3 layer pans, greased.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
