Sweet And Sour Beef Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. diced green onions
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple wedges
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
2 green peppers, cut in thin strips
Preparation

Mix together the beef, egg, salt, pepper, green onions and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
Shape into marble size balls.
Drain pineapple, reserving the juice.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in skillet and brown meat balls on all sides.
Remove.
Add remaining cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, water and pineapple juice. Add to skillet, stirring steadily until thickened.
Add pineapple, green peppers and meat balls.
Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes. Serve over rice.
