Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Pet milk
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans pieces
Preparation

Have boiling water ready in case you need to soften candy. Mix first 4 ingredients; bring to boil.
Test for soft ball in cold water.
When soft ball stage reached, add vanilla.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Then beat until creamy.
Add pecans.
Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.
