Mini Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. vanilla wafers
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1 can pie filling (eg. cherry)
    foil cupcake wrappers
Preparation
    Cream together vanilla, sugar, cream cheese and eggs.
    Place cookies flat side down in wrappers.
    Drop glob of mixture on cookie so cup is about 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or more.
    When cool, top with pie filling or fresh fruit.
