Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar and eggs; add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk.
Add vanilla.
Make 2 layers or 1 sheet cake.
