Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. oat bran
    2 tsp. brown sugar substitute
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. skim milk
    4 oz. egg white or egg substitute
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Use nonstick spray on bottom of muffin pan.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add milk, eggs and oil.
    Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Fill muffin cups
    3/4 full. Bake until golden brown, about 17 minutes.
    Makes 10 to 12 muffins.
    This is a heart healthy food.
