Sour Cream Pastries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, sliced
    2 c. flour
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. good quality jam (apricot or seedless berry)
    2 Tbsp. chopped nuts
    2 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cut butter into flour to form fine crumbs.
    Combine egg yolk and sour cream and mix into crumbs to form dough, quarter and form flattened balls.
    Wrap each in waxed paper and chill.
    Then roll out each quarter into a 10-inch circle and spread with jam, nuts and chocolate chips.
    Cut each round into 12 wedges and roll each wedge to form crescent.
    Moisten top and sprinkle each with sugar.
