Vegetable Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. canned peas, cooked
1 c. cooked mashed carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnut kernels
3 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. melted fat
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. tomato sauce
Preparation

Mix
ingredients in order given, omitting tomato sauce. Put into
a
greased
loaf
pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes. Serve with a well seasoned tomato sauce.
