Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 to 7 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. melted shortening
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Add yeast to warm water and sugar.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Add 3 cups flour and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Stir and let stand for 20 minutes.
    Add shortening, eggs and 3 to 4 cups flour.
    Knead and let double; punch down.
    Shape into rolls; let rise and bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
