Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
3 Tbsp. oil
1 small head cabbage, shredded coarse
1/2 c. minced green pepper
4 medium size green onions with tops, minced
Preparation

In a large bowl stir vinegar, sugar, salt and celery seed until sugar and salt are dissolved.
Stir in oil.
Add remaining ingredients; toss well.
Cover and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours.
