Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. finely grated lemon
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix ingredients well and pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 25 minutes or until filling is set and crust and mixture are golden brown.
