Ingredients

2 lb. hot sausage
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, drained and chopped
Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation

In a skillet, brown sausage over medium heat and drain.
Add milk, cheese, pimento and Tabasco sauce; simmer until cheese melts, stirring occasionally.
Place in a chafing dish or fondue pot to keep warm.
Serve with nachos, Doritos or Fritos.
