Cheese Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. cold water
4 to 6 Tbsp. grated sharp cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation

In a bowl, cream butter until light and fluffy.
Stir in flour.
Add water and cheese and combine until a soft dough forms. (The dough should be soft enough to press through a cookie press or pipe onto a baking sheet.)
