Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. pecans
6 small ripe bananas
Preparation

Mix sugar, butter and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Sift flour, soda and salt together; add alternately with milk.
Mash bananas and add.
Then add nuts.
Bake in a 10-inch stem pan that has been greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or in 2 loaf pans for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
