Ingredients

1 c. mashed potatoes
butter (size of walnut)
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sweet milk
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
flour
Preparation

Cream potatoes and butter.
Add eggs, sugar, salt, sweet milk, baking powder, nutmeg, vanilla and flour.
Mix all together and add enough flour to roll out and cut.
Fry in deep fat until brown.
Roll in sugar or spread with powdered sugar icing.
