Rich Cranberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
    Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each egg. Combine 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to butter mixture.
    Mix remaining flour (1/4 cup) with cranberries and nuts; fold into batter.
    Batter will be very thick.
    Spoon into a greased 10-inch fluted tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes or until tests done.
    Let stand 5 minutes before removing from pan.
    Dust with confectioners sugar.
    Tastes best when made the night before.
