Crab Casserole With Sherry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 pt. table cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. sherry
1 lb. crabmeat
2 tsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. pimento
3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation

Heat butter. Add flour and mix. Add cream and cook over low heat until thickened.
Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
Pour half of the mixture into 1 to 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole.
Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Add remaining crab mixture and top with rest of the cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
Do not freeze.
