Sweet Potato Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, milk, vanilla and 1/2 stick margarine.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Combine brown sugar, flour, pecans and 1/3 cup melted margarine.
Sprinkle on top of other mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
May substitute pumpkin in place of sweet potatoes.
