Mama'S Banana Cake And Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 c. self-rising flour
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
8 Tbsp. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. mashed bananas

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar. Add rest of ingredients, except bananas. Mix well, then stir in bananas. Pour into 3 (9-inch) greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
