Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. oil
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients together.
    Blend in eggs, oil and carrots.
    Put batter in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan or two 9-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Frost with following icing.
