Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. mild Italian sausage
    2 small finely chopped onions
    2 lb. bag sauerkraut, drained and chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    4 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    8 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onions; drain.
    Combine sausage, onions and other ingredients; mix well and chill overnight.
    Shape into balls; roll in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, then roll in bread crumbs.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
