Tuna Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella (1/2 shredded, rest 1/2-inch cubes)
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tuna packed in water, flaked and drained
    1 medium red onion, thinly sliced and quartered
    1 basket cherry tomatoes, quartered
    2 large stalks celery, diced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. leaf basil, crumbled
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes, crushed
    4 whole-wheat pita breads
Preparation
    Combine cheese, tuna, onion, tomatoes and celery in large bowl.
    Mix next 6 ingredients in small screw-top jar.
    Pour over tuna mixture and toss.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    To serve, cut pitas in half, fill and enjoy.
