Potato-Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 qt. chicken stock
    5 sliced potatoes
    1 c. cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cream.
    Cook until vegetables are soft.
    Add cream and reheat.
    Can add 1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon for a different flavor.
