Homemade Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. water
    2/3 c. water
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a small bowl stir together 1/4 cup dry mustard and 2 tablespoons water; set aside.
    In 1-quart saucepan mix well 2/3 cup water, cider vinegar, sugar, flour and salt.
    Cook over low heat about 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; stir in mustard mixture until smooth.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Makes 1 cup.
