Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl, mix sugar, margarine, evaporated milk and salt.
    Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
    Stir and microwave for 6 minutes.
    Remove from microwave and add chocolate chips, marshmallows, vanilla and nuts.
    Mix well and pour quickly into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Refrigerate until ready to cut.
