Cheddar Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

9-inch unbaked pie shell
4 eggs
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Prick pie shell with fork, bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Reduce oven to 325\u00b0. Beat the eggs, cream, milk, salt and hot pepper sauce together.
Spread the cheese over the bottom of the pie shell; pour in the egg mixture and bake 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
