Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cans enchilada sauce
    1 qt. can tomatoes
    1 large can kidney beans
    tortilla chips
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Add onions and cook until tender.
    Add sauce and tomatoes; mix.
    Place chips in bottom of large casserole dish.
    Pour meat sauce over chips.
    Top with beans and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
