Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 envelope gelatin
    1 tsp. coconut extract
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Put on bottom of pie dish sprayed with Pam. Boil water, vanilla, gelatin, coconut extract, lemon juice and cinnamon for 2 minutes.
    Cool.
    Pour over pineapple.
