Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, soda and cinnamon
    together in large mixing bowl. Then add oil, eggs and carrots. Bake in two 9-inch cake pans at 350\u00b0 about 30 or 35 minutes. Cool and frost.
