Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    2 c. real warm milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar (sprinkle over yeast and water)
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    6 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients with mixer.
    Place next 3 ingredients in separate bowl to dissolve.
    Add 2 cups flour to butter mixture; blend.
    Then add the eggs, yeast mixture, salt, then the rest of the flour.
    Dough will be slightly sticky.
    Let the dough rise in a dry, warm place for 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch the dough down and let rise for 45 minutes more.
    Then form.
    Roll out enough dough to make a 12 x 16-inch rectangle.
    Spread soft butter on entire face of dough.
    Then sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top of butter.
