Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large can sweet potatoes or 2 c. fresh, cooked and mashed
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, well beaten
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
