Individual Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vanilla wafers
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cupcake paper. Mix well the cream cheese and sugar; add eggs, vanilla and lemon juice.
    Fill papers 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
