2 c. boiling water
1 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients in 1 or 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover tightly and bake until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender, approximately 30 minutes.
