Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. hamburg
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 c. catsup
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown hamburg well (if fatty, drain).
    Add rest of ingredients and simmer for about an hour.
