Cauliflower Gratin With Chiles And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cauliflower
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Remove large outer leaves and stalk of cauliflower.
    Break cauliflower into flowerets.
    Cover and cook in a small amount of boiling water 10 to 12 minutes or until tender.
    Drain.
