Rigatone Mamma Mia(With Ricotta Cheese, Prosciutto, Eggplant And Tomato Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rigatoni, cooked al dente
    1/4 lb. Ricotta cheese
    5 oz. Prosciutto, chopped in small pieces
    5 oz. eggplant, sliced, baked or fried and chopped in small pieces
    tomato sauce (as much as pleased)
Preparation
    Dump rigatoni into large pot.
    Put all ingredients on rigatoni and mix until well blended.
    Add your favorite tomato sauce to the rigatoni.
