Cheese Tidbits(Biscuit Type) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags sharp shredded Cheddar cheese (about 12 oz.)
    2 c. flour
    1/2 lb. butter (oleo not acceptable)
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    All ingredients should be at room temperature.
    (Cheese could be warmer.)
    Mix by hand. Roll into small balls.
    Bake 12 minutes at 400\u00b0.
