Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    oil
    confectioners sugar or shredded cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except oil, confectioners sugar and cheese.
    Heat oil (about 1-inch deep) in a small frying pan.
    Pour batter through funnel into hot oil, using swirling pattern.
    Turn with a fork when golden brown.
    When second side is brown, remove from oil and place on a plate.
    Top at once with shredded cheese or confectioners sugar or enjoy plain.
    Leftover batter will keep in refrigerator for about a week.
    Serves many.
