Shelled Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. jumbo shells
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    2 c. Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt and pepper (optional)
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook jumbo shells until tender.
    While they're boiling, mix together, in separate bowl, Ricotta cheese, 2 beaten eggs, oregano, 1 package Mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and Parmesan cheese.
    Brown ground beef and drain, then add spaghetti sauce.
    Let simmer.
