Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. long grain rice
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    salt and pepper
    1 chicken, cut up
    2 cans golden mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Spread rice in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Add water. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over mixture.
    Place chicken, skin side up; dilute mushroom soup with milk.
    Spread over chicken. Cover with foil.
    Bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
