Never Fail Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
4 c. flour
1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. very warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand 5 to 10 minutes before stirring.
Add 2 cups of the flour and all other ingredients.
With electric mixer, blend at low speed, then beat 2 minutes.
Beat in remaining 2 cups flour by hand.
Cover and let rise until doubles (30 to 40 minutes).
Stir batter down to deflate.
Spoon into greased muffin tins and let rise again.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
Makes about 2 dozen.
