Apple-Cherry Crunch(Diabetic) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium cooking apples, peeled and chopped
1 can pie cherries, packed in water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. apple juice concentrate, divided
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. granulated fructose, divided
2 tsp. almond flavoring
vegetable cooking spray
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. melted margarine
1 c. rolled oats
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Place chopped apples in medium bowl. Drain cherries, saving juice. Add cherries to apples.
Set aside.
