Flag Day Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 oz. Bleu cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. minced onions
    pimentos
    chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix both cheeses in a bowl.
    Stir in celery and onion.
    Chill for 2 hours.
    Shape into a log.
    Design a flag on top, using walnuts for stars and slices of pimento for stripes.
    Serve cold. Goes great with crackers.
